Things I've done, things I was, and things I'd rather forget..

Back...so far back, when I was a young'n, they didn't have trees.. We'd just huddle around the tall people fer shade and what have you. There wasn't much of anything back then.....well, 'cept dirt. There was a LOTa dirt....dern tasty dirt it wuz too..

But umm, seriously, things were in fact different back when I was younger. Both with the world, and with little insignificant me. Some things were better, and many things were worse.. I just hate losing the good things. I'd like to keep them, INSTEAD of the bad things. Too bad it usually works the other way around.

Things I've done for fun:
(or just, release)

Sandboarding
Snowboarding
Surfing
Fencing
Writing lots of stories that I never let anyone read
Drawing lots of pictures that no one usually sees
Listening to many CDs that cost far too much
Messing around for far too many hours on expensive computers
Watching far too much tv/movies than is good for human eyeballs
Walking on the beach in the middle of the night...going no where

Things I've done for profit:
Designing all kinds of DTP imaginable
RE-designing all kinds of DTP imaginable
Setting up private and commercial web sites
Fixing people's computers that are BROKED
Helping people with...whatever.

Things I've been:
Lame
Cool
Sick
Dead (or so it felt)
Dull
Ignorant
Stupid
Happy
Elated
Sedated

Things I'd rather forget:
Bad parts of relationships that didn't work
Things I've done for profit
Lame ass things I've said, done, thought, witnessed, or didn't do
Fairly large sections of my early school days
How much a lot of things...really suck

Things I'd like to remember/recapture:
My sanity...if I ever had it
Some of my cooler lucid dreams
All that stuff that was supposed to be useful to me in school
All the things I thought up, but couldn't write down at the time
Those minute sparks of genius that have long since faded to nothing
Those few, scattered moments of bliss..here, there, and nowhere
Physical fitness

So.. I'm not terribly unlike everyone else online. I do have a past, and it's always with me. It's created, far too fast in my opinion, all the time. So even if you can't have the benefit of seeing things in retrospect now, don't worry, you soon will. True it usually won't do you much good then..but...hopefully it'll let you learn for a similar but different situation. Because, I mean, who wants to eat dirt their whole lives?

Back to my more or less, present.
